  I had come to this location to get my taxes done on the 21st of January. I had been waiting almost a month to receive my refund. After all the weeks of waiting I had decided to look into why I had not received it yet. Come to find out, my tax return had been deposited into someone else's bank account. Well after calling the HR BLOCK bank, dealing with them, calling the bank where the money got sent to & just dealing with a bunch of hassle we hadn't gotten anywhere. -HOWEVER- I want to take this time to recognize one of the employees there in particular. Her name is Diane and she is the manager of this location. Not only does she have a great demeanor when dealing with the public, she is friendly, hard working and extremely reliable. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I ended up getting my money as soon as I could. She worked from home, after hours, to keep me posted on what was going on. I can honestly say that I appreciate her hard work & dedication on my case. As soon as my money was available to me, she called me to let me know. She was there dealing with my problem every step of the way until it was solved. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. If you are planning on getting your taxes done at this location, I would definitely recommend Diane to you,
